Dungeon Twister has no luck at all. It's 1 on 1, but there are modes for 3 and 4 players as well...don't know if they are available online.

Dungeon Twister has a small luck factor in revealing the rooms. I agree though that's 99% a no luck based game. And a phenomenal one btw! It's not available here as 3-4 players version, only as 2 player version.

*Moderator edit: it is against the rules on BGA to name other gaming websites specifically.
Even worse than mentioning another gaming website, there is a small amount of luck in the hidden plantation costs. :)

Barenpark has zero for luck on here.
Architects of the West Kingdom has a one for luck.

I would have suggested more but BGA says they have more luck than I thought.

Unfortunately, you can't rely on the "luck" parameters for games given here on BGA. First, in some cases you will find a "3" just because it's the default. Second, even if the developer has set the number intentionaly, there is no definition or general agreement what these numbers stand for.

As you are a fan of Terraforming Mars you might also look at complex games as Clans of Caledonia, In the Year of the Dragon, Terra Mystica, Tapestry and Tzolkin.
Agreed with Clans, Terra Mystica and Tzolkin, but Tapestry has quite a bit of luck and randomness involved. It's still a fun mid weight game though.
