New release - statistics and changed round summaries

I've pushed a new release of Hand and Foot. Noticeable changes include some new statistics, and
a redo of round summaries. The round summaries will no longer be automatically popped at the end
of the round, but can be accessed via the table status space above the draw and discard piles.

Would it be possible to add “melds opened by player” to stats?

so many times, players look at games stats and a player may say "look at all that i closed". but reality is, if your partner did not open it for you, you could not close it.
During the game the player that opens more is thinking "can my partner open, or just close?"
