Setting for Color Challenged?

Is there a setting I'm missing to make it easier for people who are red-green color deficient? I keep trying to use the wrong card and sometimes discarding a useful card because of this issue.

I completely missed this post as I don't read the forum regularly.
Please report to the BGA bug system if you have an issue.

Edit: added colorblind mode preference option
