What can be done about people creating real time games only to go off line leaving the game open? Why aren't these games automatically canceled?

Maybe there should be something where you have to re-click every 30 seconds or so to confirm you are still there.

30s is very low, as some games take more than 3 minutes to get all the players to your table.

But yeah, if the host missed a start, asking them to confirm that they want to keep waiting for people would be great!
And if they don’t reply within 1 or 2 minutes, the table will be closed automatically (or the host be kicked if the game is not premium).
