Maybe i didn't search hard enough, but I cannot find the explanations of the current arena option "dueling trio"
Is there a list of the koi-koi options and there explanations?

Do you mean dueling triads? There is an explanation right under the option that says "Collecting all Poetry Ribbons and all Blue Ribbons counts as a 4-point yaku in addition to other Ribbon yakus." Hope this helps
