Taps on iPad

I used to play on my iPad, but now I am not able to: tapping to move instead brings up the description of the building instead of moving there. It used to do that sometimes (5% of the time), but now it does it almost always (95% of the time). Did something change or is it my iPad problem?

I get the same issue on my iphone, i have to refresh the webpage which fixes it sometimes
