Is it possible as host of a tournament to expell people who aren't playing?

I'm pretty sure I read the answer to this question before, but unfortunately can't find it anymore.

So: if I see that someone isn't playing at all in a tournament I created, can I expell this player to speed things up?

Nope, once tournament has started, tournament admins can't do anything about player nor config. They are normal users.

The moment a single person signs up to a tournament, the user who set-up the tournament can't change a single setting whatsoever. The only thing they can do is cancel the entire tournament before the start of the first game. That's it. Anything else has to be done by BGA staff/mods.
