concede option?

so ive been playing games to completion even when im losing badly, but then ive just had someone concede to me. how the heck do I concede, where is this option, I just am not finding it?

It's in the top right ("hamburger") menu. Note that you can only concede in 2-player games, and if the progress is at least 50% (and some people don't like their opponent's conceding, so you may want to ask first).
