Frenzy's Angels hang on to win it all. Their strong start the first 2 weeks made them the front runners for the whole season. Congrats. All 5 players contributed to a steady income on the tables. Although they were slowed the second half of the season when substitutes didn’t do quite as well for them as their regular players.

Deja Moo Ranch edged out the competition to get second place. Going into the last game of the season they could have finished second, third, or fourth. On the very last game they won a combined 15 resources on the tables, 6 more than the next closest team. This is consistent with them winning the most cows all season, well done.

Like-A-Bull Ranch finished third. Trades between other teams hurt this team a lot in the last few weeks. Since this is my team, I’d like to say thank you to my teammates, and I hope you had fun.

Weekend Moo Ranch was the best at finding ways to break the game Their farming more than ranching approach had us all nervous. They also pointed out the flaw in buying early trucks, which caused rule changes. They could have had a higher score if they had just exploited the problem, instead of pointing it out to be corrected.

Stray Bull Ranch has the most appropriate name, losing their top rated player right at the start, and another strong player as well. We should have replaced them sooner. Once they had their final team, other team leaders told me Stray Bull was probably the strongest team. Thank you Momma_Bear for taking the bull by horns….so to speak.

TofuBonanza Ranch also struggled with missing players. We had perhaps the most lop-sided week we’ve ever had on the first week of this season, and those positions didn’t change much even though the rest of the weeks were closer. The last few weeks, Tofu won more than most teams on the tables, but not enough to catch up. On the last week, they won more on the tables than any other team except Deja Moo.

I think overall the season went well. Especially since this is the first time trying to do anything like this. Trading was fun for the first few weeks, but by the last half of the season it became apparent there was way too much trading, and it wore us out. I’d like to try this again with no trading between teams at all. Some other tweaks are needed as well, but I think the basic game idea is pretty good.
