Solo / game ended

Hi, im learning the game and for that im doing the small scenarios solo;
But i notice that the game gets conceded if i try to continue later/another day.
Is this expected/any way to turn it off? So i can have a solo game going on for as much time as i want

Never use real time with a wargame, always turn based.
You are alone, so use turn based NO LIMIT.
