Remove the "End Game" button

Hi-

In 2 out of the 3 games I've played, someone doesn't realize you need to hit the "End game" button to exit the game and have your score count on the rankings.

This results in several people waiting in the game for results to post, and possibly results in the person who forgot or didn't know about the "end game" button getting kicked from the game and getting a reputation penalty.

Please remove this step from the game and go directly to the BGA game results if possible.

Thanks for the feedback -- I should be able to do this. I will just need to make sure the scoreboard still displays for "View final situation".
