Game Won’t Mark as Ended

My issue seems to not be occurring. With BGA support we did a quick friendly test game with minimum action and passing rounds 2-5. I was using my mobile, but the game result recorded. And just now I've played via PC in a 3-player game that also ended properly and results recorded. The support person thought it might have been a server issue when the problems first happened, although it was over a few days. Fingers crossed my problem now resolved.

Played another 2-player game, finished game all the way through, and it still hangs on the recording results screen. Had to quit again.

On both of my first two games of Lost Ruins of Arnak it finished but BGA didn’t complete the end of game step and update ELO. Both were three-player. The games finished and the total scores got calculated, but BGA thinks the game is still running/open and wouldn’t let me play anything else. Do I just need to give it time to record the game already ended, or should I do something else? Although I lost the games I'd prefer not marking that I quit the game (because I didn't). I’ve reported as a bug. Playing on Win10 laptop via Firefox.

I'm having the same issue as well. Game is finished and scored but I BGA says that I have a game in progress. This has happened to me all 4 games in a row that I have played. It is frustrating as I can't join any new games and I guess that I need to abandon them? Btw, we all let one timeout after 4 hours and the game was marked as abandoned.

Was there any resolution to this? How do I mark the game as completed?

Mine seemed to resolve after I played a quick game with one of the admins where we made a few moves and then passed through the remaining rounds. I’ve no idea if that cleared the problem. The admin said they are aware of this thread and are possibly taking further background steps. They surmised a code/server issue for some players.

This quick game was done using my phone, whereas the problematic games were on PC. I’ve since been able to play on PC without the problem reoccurring.

Your game log looks like mine did. Either wait four hours for the game to time out (but can’t start any new games in the meantime) or quit/abandon. It’s quite painful.

I have had the same issue - in fact none of the games I’ve played have successfully ended, they’ve all got stuck at scoring.
