Results upon deck depletion

In a recent game I discovered that if the deck is depleted, the player with the fewest cards remaining in their hand is declared the winner. However, the rules summary stated that there would be no winner. I have changed the rules summary to be consistent with the BGA implementation.

I would also like to include in the rules summary the result if the deck is depleted and each player has the same number of cards remaining in their hand. If anyone knows what happens in this case, I will add it to the rules summary.

The developer has informed me that if both players have the same number of cards in their hand when the deck is depleted, the result will be a draw. I'll update the rules summary to reflect this.
