Splash and Plunge

Game could use the addition of 'Splash' and 'Plunge' bids. Sometimes you need that hail mary

Already answered in the bugs/suggestions.
Also, I personally hate so-called 'Hail Mary' bids as those options can easily ruin a game.
Even though I added 21 bid in Moon, Moon is much more casual compared to 42 after all.
