Disabled?

I like to play yazhee/yams. But suddenly there is the announcement "disabled", I really don't know what it means and how I can get rid of it. Also the play is only in English and not in my own language, Dutch. Help please

Looks like there has been an update. Maybe the game was offline for a while while it took place
