Is it possible to play with the Advanced Rules?

I just finished my first game of Space Empires: 4X, and enjoyed it. My friend created that table, and we played with the Basic Rules. We decided to play again, and I wanted to turn on the Advanced Rules, but I can't figure out how to do that. There is an option called "Rules" inside the game, but I don't see that option in the table setup. Am I missing something? Or are the Advanced Rules not available on BGA?

You are missing something, that option exists.

When I open a new table today, I see a very obvious dropdown to switch from Basic Rules to Advanced Rules. I spent about 30 minutes looking around yesterday, and I swear that option wasn't there... but I didn't take a screenshot, so maybe it was just me.
