I am not sure what you mean by "already written manual" and where you want to translate it. This is also quite off-topic, so please open a separate thread for your question. Thank you!

Language is a source of misunderstanding. (Antoine de Saint-Exupery: The Little Prince) But it is also the source of understanding - it all depends on how you use it. :-)

I have also encountered this problem with the Italian translations. I understand that the reward is necessary, but it seems to be the only thing that matters to the translators, making the Italian tutorials useless. I took it upon myself to retranslate the tutorials I saw even though they were already validated. In my opinion, it might be useful to put as a limitation on tutorial translation that you have done it at least once or at least have played the game a number of times? In some cases I have even found rules reported wrong!

I did it very often this summer when a flood of games arrived whose french translation was not available.

I even found an english translation that did not mention a very interesting variant that I found in the spanish version and added to the french translation (Geek Out)

I have stopped yet, but do not discard resuming rules translations

You also have wiki pages on BGA that you can fill up using your mother tongue

Same issue. Noticed an error in a tutorial, can't fix it because I need to play 10 times the game, which means I will never fix the error.

You could tell a fellow language speaker who does translations regularly. For German i'm happy to fix recognized errors if someone tells me about :)
