Power-Up UI Broken(?) or Weird

IDK if this has been talked about before but the Power-Up! Show Evolutions button is broken.

The first time you click it it shows all possible evolutions.
The second time you click it it only shows the evolutions a person has bought.

It's like programmers accidentally got confused and fused 2 buttons into one.

Please make a detailled bug report (in Community menu) if you spot a bug ;)
