On Bga we cant do that action but in oficial game rules is clearly possible.
Using 2 icons travel card, one for free action (ex: tap arrow assistant) and one action (dig a site) at the same time.
Is possible to fix this?

Please post in the corresponding game forum, we have no idea what game you are taking about

They are talking about Lost Ruins of Arnak (if a mod wants to move this topic to that forum) - but I could only guess this because I play it a reasonable amount (looking at their profile confirms, they also play a fair bit of this game).

This is a pretty lesser known rule that probably has been missed from the implementation (I actually didn't know it until it was brought up), but it is confirmed in the rulebook (see example on the bottom of Page 16).
