Terrain river scoring clarification

This tile says I get vps from the number of blue cards on "any players" board. Does that include my own board?

Yeah, cards with that wording are essentially whichever player has the highest count of whatever is named is the player that is picked for calculating VP, whether it's you or an opponent.
