How to start a campaign at a specific mission?

We are working through the campaign and got to mission 7. One player is bailing so we are adding someone else.

Is there a way to create a new campaign starting at a specific mission instead of 1?

If we choose the option to play mission 7 will the lobby end when we win or will we be able to continue to mission 8?

You can. If you go to the table creation page (not the quick setup page), one of the settings on the side is "MIssion", and you can pick which mission you want to start with, and use "Journey length (not enforced)" to...really anything, since it's not enforced, but could put full campaign.
