Remove additional confirmation on royal guard loss

There is additional confirmation dialog (with no decision, just "ok, go on", reload button is not working anyway, because turn can't be undone at this step) for attacker when attacking royal guard AFTER defender chose what coin is lost, is it necessary? It slows down turn-based very much. All information can be seen in play log, no need to wait for attacking player to see what happened.
