Are random scenarios played? Sorry, my first tournament. I am confused, why there are two other scenarios stated at the bottom.

Yeah it's random scenarios. Only the first scenario listed matters, the 2nd and 3rd are currently irrelevant. Maybe someday those breakthough and overlord formats will be supported.
