Just a note, the official rule (which hasn’t been implemented yet) is that you cannot put a building entirely off the city grid if you have room.

Ah so that is a bug (or a feature, as we like to call it) of the digital implementation on BGA?

Got that slightly better against Poser with 437. Don’t think it’s the highest though. https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=347142597

Got another fun one as well. Got 5 trap cards in a row and collected 6 traps in total. Try to beat that ;)

Thank you, added both "records" to my running list. Maybe I should start a monthly or quarterly list. This post is becoming unwieldy...

Hi ! I did my highest score in the new arena mode : 782 vp in 1v1 game (experimental adjustment) without Renaissance/Marriage of State. I started with architects against the inventors : https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=444617284
In a little summary :
- I copied wartime economy with the Spies (era 2) and finished on T7 + S2 + M2 + E2 with "sewage and plumbing" + "Radio" + "bourse" tech card
- I played Industrialism (era 3) and I upped to S11 + T1 + E3 + M5 . I got Isolationnist + Merrymakers + Craftmen + Chosen (Radio + Assembly line)
- I played Trade economy (era 4) to get M12 of the opponent and got Nomads. The opponent has finished his game before my era 4 income and my capital map is full (33vp).
- I finally got Futurist on M12 and end all the tracks (+T8 with the new token).

NB : In a discussion with Isadavaba, there was a possibility to end at 802 if my 1st new civ is Craftmens.
I note I was lucky too

There seems to be a mistake here. At this table Foxydono finished the tech track twice (as he said), but finished a total of 5 tracks (once each plus one additional tech track finished).

Kabresh: 476

Kabresh started as Inventors, but I picked the Radio first turn and played Alliance, hoping for the best. He went for it, so I had 3 CIvs in Era 2 (with Futurists+Architects Combo), and on the other side Kabresh did what Inventors with an early Radio tend to do, finishing with 6 Civs. It was fun!
