Shoot the Moon/Pepper for bid euchre

These aren't options on the BGA - would love to see them added. Especially since they're in the rules that BGA links too! Maybe could make a variant?

This is specifically for bid euchre.

No, as high risk & high reward bids can be abused very easily (e.g. nils in Spades).
Also, Bid Euchre Wikipedia article mixed up Pepper and Bid Euchre.
