The Shipwreck Arcana - Game Speed real time is too fast

The Game Speed setting is too fast when set on real time.
Even when set on "Real Time - Slow Speed", it's too fast.
It's a game of deduction, and you don't have time to think as time is already in the red.
Please, add more time to think.
