Tiebreaker rule - for real?

Not only is this tiebreaker moronic, it would be so easy to fix. There are so many easy alternatives:

Most potions created
Most potions saved
least helps used
Allow you to use whatever unused potions you have before selecting your tiebreaker so there is actual play required
Just call it a tie

I just played a very interesting game that ended up in a tie breaker. Once my opponent pulled (and got ridiculously lucky with a pull of 8 that was completely off the board), there was ZERO chance, even if I got unbelievably lucky to tie or win. Why even bother?! It completely ruins what would have been an otherwise cool game.

And I don't care if the developer doesn't approve the change. Pull the game completely if they don't fix it.
