I've just raised this issue as a bug: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=116350 but am interested to hear if other players have come across this problem, and to draw more attention to it as it is a hugely frustrating thing to happen and could seemingly affect any player at any random moment.
Summary of the issue is:
- I was removed from a real time tournament that was in progress
- I am a regular user of BGA automated tournaments, both real time and turn based and am confident I took no action to authorise my withdrawal
- There is no indication in the 'Latest Results' stream that I withdrew (when a player consciously takes that action it is shown in this log). There was also weirdness in that I had just come 2nd in a 5 player game but I received 0 tournament points.
- I was on time for joining all my tables and did not run out of time in any games.
