I don't fully understand how this works on BGA, who has the authority to remove videos (and other links) from game pages? The dev of the game, BGA admins, or what?

He explains the starting player position incorrectly which caused me great confusion in my first game. There are many other rules videos linked, so getting rid of one with an obvious mistake, even though not a huge one, seems net positive to me.
