Fix the auto-play inconsistencies

When none of my bones can be played, the game takes miliseconds to draw, play, and score.
But... when I have a single bone in my hand, with a single option for placement... I have to tap once to select and tap again to place. Just make it CONSISTENT.
Allow players to make every move, or just pit bots against each other.

It is consistent. Check the player group.

I noticed the same thing that many times there's only a single option and it doesn't autoplay for me.

When you draw and only have one option it will auto play for you..
when you only have one option but it's already apart of your pile, they don't want the other player to be able to know what tiles you have or don't have so it lets you play it... Hope that makes sense
