In my opinion, Gagou Sensei and Dive_Pepette players are playing cooperatively in Arena mode. Player Gagou Sensei does not respond to messages about my desire to play. They only play with each other. With few people wanting to play Lumen, this skews the results in Arena. The situation has been going on since last season. BGA's suggestion to give it a thumbs down is weak and doesn't really accomplish anything.
