I noticed an error, you say a carnivore gains food equals to its body size.
It's actually equal to its target's body size.
In the example, it won't gain 3 food but 2, if it had enough population.

You also wrote this:

This is wrong: like herbivores, a same carnivore can eat multiple times during the feeding phase.
It just can't eat anymore when it's full, like herbivores.
If we say that a round is a player choice during the feeding phase, then a carnivore, like herbivores can eat only one time during a round, but then, at the end of it, its population won't decrease, for that, you'll have to wait for the end of the feeding phase.
