Percentage/computation for the tower

Is it a secret? Hopefully some thought has been taken to account of the findings someone else did in BGG dot com? I'm wondering if the computation has also taken to account how many players are involved since that might affect the space available in the tower to hold cubes and their adjustment of being "hit".
