I dont know Tapestrys expansions at all, but there is some kind of expansion available in alpha testing, that has more Leaders options, such as treasure hunters and Aliens

Jamey has said that he won't add the expansions to the BGA implementations of his games because he wants people to buy the games and expansions. (Heavily paraphrasing a nuanced response)
