Oxono on mobile phone

Post by devonocci »

Dear,
playing on a (my) mobile i don't get the board placed without that i need to scroll to see the full board. Even the zoom option does not help.
Would it be possible to optimise the zoom function for mobile phone?
Sorry, if this thread is not the right one for my request. I noted bugs should not be reported here, however, its not a bug I guess.

Hi devonocci,

As we playtested the game on mobile version many times, there is no display problem appearing. I'm not sure that we can optimize it for mobile much better than it is now. Maybe you could try it on an other phone or browser to see if the problem still occurs. Keep us updated. Thanks

Hi Cosmoludo,

Thank you very much for the quick response.
It does indeed seem to be the browser.
When I use Firefox, I only see part of the board.
When I use Chrome, the view is perfect.

Try downloading the mobile app instead of using a web browser.

Hi Oshikureto,
thanks for your help.

The app also uses a browser. Either Chrome or, if Chrome is deactivated, Samsung Internet (in my case). Although Firefox is set as the default browser, it is not taken into consideration for the BGA app.
But anyway, I just use Chrome as the browser for BGA, no problem.
I just didn't realise at first that Firefox wasn't compatible. But now everything is clear and the problem is solved.
