Five Players is Painful for Getting a Game Started

There, I said it. Dunno who these "gurus" are they've been talking to, but you're all wrong.

Gurus for a game are the top 100 or so most active players of any particular game. Both regular and Arena games count for that status. Become a guru, suggest something else, and try to get it voted on.

Well, I voted against 5 players as arena format. Now you know one guru, and know gurus have different opinions.

It may be painful to get started, but there are few five player games that can be completed so quickly with so little waiting time. It has some other attractions, mainly the introduction of the Ludus card which makes Olympia slightly less bad as you are often forced down the military route.
