LOWEST score challenge!

Rules: U can't pass if u can draw a line(=U can only be forced to pass.)
Only basic game.

Now my best(or worst?) score is 78,will try to get 50-.

I'm not sure what your boundary conditions are, since I can score a lot lower when I make assumptions about the order the cards are drawn.

Assume every pencil the deck starts with 5 blue cards. Then the round is over after only needing to draw 5 connections. If I can connect to 5 stations in the starting region without using a monument or overpass, I score 6 points for that line.
I can do that for all lines except for blue.
Blue is minimized by connecting to the monument. This gives 2 points more for a line score of 8.

So 6+6+6+8 for the lines and no bonuses for overpasses or shared stations. This gives a total of 26 points.
