Will 3+ players game modes be ever implemented?

Post by yuniboshi »

I enjoyed this game a lot the first time I was invited and played. The rulebook details several types of progression based on how many players are in play and whether "long form" is enabled (my group loves long games because it adds to the emotional stakes and gives that much more payoff when we've all been progressing for a while.) However I was shocked to see that the player count selector only stops at 2 and while this game has been implemented for 3 years and going it's still waiting to be finished. Is this just the state of things and we just have to wait for the dev to come back to it or is this going to stay like this forever?

As far as I can see, the rules say only 2 players, and the BGG page says only 2 players (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/163 ... -microcosm). Are you thinking of Eminent Domain (no Microcosm)? Or perhaps some kind of expansion?

ohhhh, eminent domain is a different game. Thanks! That explains the differences since this is the microchasm :)
