Scoring issues?

Could someone review the final scores and walk me through them?
I'm confused about the Row scores. We should use the numbers across the bottom for a complete row + the next row until we see a gap, correct?
So it looks like
Rosie's Grit & Glass would be 23
The Beaver Boutique would be 33
and
Cornelius D. Shellworth's would be 29?

In other words, are the little banners on 2nd row and above only for column scoring?
(and even if we switch to scoring with banners on row 2+, Beaver Boutique's row score isn't making sense for me)

You score for every row, each one until the first gap on that row.
So Beavers Boutique in your example is indeed scoring 22 + 11 + 11 + 0 + 0 = 44 for its rows.

I thought that once you hit a gap, that was the end of the scoring!
