Let's say the rulebook is incomplete, because it does not explicitly say that unused Mojo timer cards are turned-face up once anyone else had turned up the last of their mojo cards.

So if only face-up cards or cards in your hand are scored, and all cards that were placed face down in Mojo time "will be scored," then the only way to reconcile this is to turn the face-down mojo timers face up.These cards will not be played and will be scored at the end of the round.

Yes, that’s it. I fixed the rule summary on BGA to match the clarification by Chad Elkins on BGG and the German rulebook.
