Why on Earth 3 players for Arena mode?

3 and 4 players can be fun to play with friends, but is also very frustrating as you mainly depend on other players not giving it away to someone else with a stupid move. Arena mode should be 1v1 exclusively imo, and in several games (3 or 5) so that "luck" doesn't play such a big role...

According to the author & editor, 2x2 is the most interesting one, even if it doesn't suit very much Arena mode.

Totally agree, there is even a player that I suspect who deliberately loses and makes the other player win so that I don't move up to elite rank.

And the strange thing is if you click on the season rules, then it says 2 players, 1 round win...
