Where is my cheese?

Do I have to use it immediately after producing it,or it's lost?
Where can I see how much cheese I have now?

Cheese you can still make is in your player panel.

Cheese you've already made is on the main board. It might be coverwed with one of your workers if it hasn't returned yet from making cheese.

Completed orders are in your completed orders pile, you can click on it to view them.

Just realized u don't actually have a cheese token.
And u can only complete orders the turn u make that kind of cheese.
