Getting the same puzzle twice!

What are the Odds?

On 14.8.22:01 I started a game with puzzle #A48 CVO.

On 15.8. 20:26 I got the very same puzzle again!

Coincidence? Bug?

Edit 2: The game numbers were #549913947 and #550297723.
