Win / Loss

Post by tiagovip »

Hello! All plays of ECK will remain being marked as not a victory regardless of the result? Is really odd, even for a solo game - as Vault, which is also solo, marks wins as such (albeit I think you can't lose in Vault).

Is there a plan to mark win as win and losses as losses, or all plays will be "losses"?

Thanks!

It's a BGA bug. Check 'Victory' stats instead.

Personally, I just want the game to correctly award the +5 gift points and first win achievement. I'm trying to win every game on the site but it doesn't feel official until the site acknowledges it! Thermopyles is another solo game that awards the achievement correctly. So we know it can be done.

But that was before the elo changes. Have you seen the achievement awarded for a solo game after that? https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=116519

EDIT: Actually, it seems Thermopyles continues to award the achievement (https://boardgamearena.com/award?game=71&award=1), so maybe there's something that can be done in this game too?

Because it's flagged as a co-op game

So... can this be flagged as co-op too? Does it matter for a solo game?

It matters for two reasons:

- This game is not a co-op game, obviously.
- Setting a game as co-op deactivates rank and ELO display.

Also, this is a BGA bug, not an intended behavior.
