rules question

I am new to the game and I have a question about rules.

First: I cannot upload the rulebook from the ingame link (italian version). It says I don't have access to the resource. Can anyone post a link to a rulebook (english is fine as well).

Second: with my two dice I got a mine and placed it. In the next round I didn't get any silver. Is this according to the rules. Do you get silver only if you get the mine but DON'T play it?

Ok, there are phases, rounds and turns.

Every time you use your dice, that is your turn.

Everyone taking a turn is a round.

A phase is 5 rounds, as tracked by the trade goods waiting to be placed on the depots.



Mines payout after each phase (including the last one).

This is also when all the tiles get refilled on the main board.
