I found the Keymaster plant!
:D :D

Kidding. We know but we can still be disappointed and react accordingly.
Absolutely!

Disappointment: Reasonable
Reconsidering personal value of BGA subscription: Reasonable
Angry boycott of publisher: naaaah

I heard back from Keymaster today...
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We love having Parks available on Board Game Arena, and it's awesome to know that it is how you discovered our games! We are definitely planning for a future full of hiking there, and although we did need to take Parks down for a bit, be sure to keep an eye on the horizon for what's to come! Thanks for your understanding, and please pardon our dust for any interrupted hikes.
Looks like we might be back on the trail soon!

I received too, a couple of hours ago, a similar answer to the e-mail that I sent them:
This is what the Keymaster support wrote me:

It seems that Parks will come back, in the future! Let's hope so.

And we are allowed to react to their anti consumer decisions as we choose. I have now cancelled my plans to buy both this game and the roll and write until the BGA implementation is returned.

Therein lies the problem.

PARKS developer here... Keymaster has been in contact with us about the situation. I don't want to speak on their behalf, but I will say that it wasn't a "decision" they made, anti-consumer or otherwise. Likewise, BGA didn't make a "decision" to pull the game, either.

Keymaster has done a great job with PARKS and they've already responded to individual inquiries communicating their plans to get things up and running again. In my book, they're very pro-consumer.

What's the physical/digital licence status for this one?
Could it be that the licence went to another publisher, who didn't want to allow digital implementation ?

Thanks, Kayvon! And also thank you for such an awesome implementation of PARKS. It sounds like there is some other entity at work here. I’m speculating, but I would bet it has something to do with the amazing artwork in the game, as has been discussed by others. The book that comes with the game credits dozens of artists for what they used in the game. I’m sure it would only take one of them to have a problem for things to get messy.
