I missed 2 days when the finish line was in sight... ^^ However I didn't get anything for 10 or 20 consecutive days, just the day 1 award. Kind of disappointing

Both the 10-day and the 20-day awards are visible in your profile....Diablange74 wrote: ↑01 September 2024, 19:19 However I didn't get anything for 10 or 20 consecutive days, just the day 1 award. Kind of disappointing

STEADY? Summer of Games 2024

That could be considered a false start if you don't come to open your summer daily game. Keep going!

Go! Summer of Games 2024

You're doing well! Will you get there by the end of the month? And did you start it on time? [Note: this is converted to my time zone, so 2024-08-19 15:40 would have been 2024-08-20 server time.]
Re: SUMMER OF GAMES 2024: GAMES, GAMES GAMES!
I got all 31, but, unlike you (and others) I seem to NOT have achieved the Finish! award for all 31 days...

Re: SUMMER OF GAMES 2024: GAMES, GAMES GAMES!
It's much lower, both the total numbers but even just the "clicked 1 time". This is surely a reflection of how it was announced poorly and how the new home page is cluttered (or for some browsers, unusable) and drives people away from even using it.
From 2023
And from 2024. I'm not sure how they are calling 2024 the most clicked on event thoughDrClick wrote: ↑04 September 2023, 12:33 ...
The Summer of Games is now terminated. Let's see how many of you were able to come to the front page and click each day:
1 day and 1 gift open | 81554 clicked it!
10 day streak (everyday without missing a release) | 9805 trophies
20 days | 4514 trophies
And... THE WHOLE 31 DAYS, everyday | 2530 whale trophies distributed!
...

And now that it has ended, let's see about the statistics![/size]
Thanks to all for participating once again in this madly-month-long-event!
You've been more than 53 000 to click at least once on a link. Making this one the most-clicked of all time for the calendar events!
So how many of you were able to get on a regular streak?
10 days streak (which means you've visited the homepage at least once everyday during 10 days):
- 446 users.
20 days streak:
- 222 did it!.
But wait. How many of you have gone through everydays for the whole month to click the daily gift?
- 1 039 people!
Re: SUMMER OF GAMES 2024: GAMES, GAMES GAMES!
Yes, I asked in the other thread since the numbers are strange. The 2022 winter and 2023 summer counts were both higher day 1.
In addition, I am not sure if the 20 day total includes people who got 31 days or not, this time around. Overall comparing to summer 2023:
day 1: 81554 down to 53000 (decrease of 35% in a year)
10 day streak: 9805 down to 446 (decrease of 95% in a year)
20 day streak: 4514 down to 222 (decrease of 95% in a year)
31 day streak: 2531 down to 1039 (decrease of 60% in a year)
To me, this suggests players are tuning out the home page now. This makes sense because I do the same. Developers (me and others) are also seeing much less replies when we make a "hey, new game update is out!" announcement post, so I am guessing players don't see them anymore.
