What are the negative point value of a Red 3 caught in your foot? When someone goes out. Thanks

It depends on what setting are for the game, but standard is -100.
You can view the settings in the options tab under the game or in the table rules by clicking the "?" to the right of the hand and foot picture at the top of the game.
