How come it takes so long to find players for tock arena?

Waiting times mainly depend on when you're searching. If it's always long that means you're online when most people aren't.

You're probably online at times when one or both of the core players, NA and Europe (or Canada and France specifically for toc) are unavailable.

Toc takes a long time to play too. Esp with strong teams on both ends. A 5 minute game will have a lot of games ending and starting at any time, so the wait is rarely long. For toc even with lots of players online you're less likely to line up with a game just ending.
