Proposed solution to redesign Puerto Rico UI on BGA

Would love if someone uploaded higher resolution scans and upscaled the UI. I think the only compensation for doing this is that you get to play a better version of your favorite games, though.

Ahhh it's been one year since this thread was started and it's still not done....Totally agree 100% with the feedback... It appears the requirements according to bga wiki are:

Required skills for BGA studio projects:

If you are an experienced software developer you can goto next section
If you are not an experienced developer or not a developer
You are required to know or learn 6 languages: JavaScript, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS and English
You need to know the basics of object oriented programming, web development and database development
You need to know how to setup and use development tools and setup remote file synchronization
You need to know how to use image manipulation software (e.g. Paint.net, Gimp, Photoshop, etc.)
You need to know how to google and reads the docs (apparently the skill which not everybody has)

Currently I know English, photoshop, google, and I'm learning html and css. I might go back to school to study programming and if so I would learn the other languages after some time... If nobody does anything to update this game maybe I'll come back and do it myself!! I really enjoyed playing the real board game while I was on vacation and played it together with an awesome couple and their two children, then I tried the game myself on BGA on my iphone and immediately was looking forward so much to try it at home on my computer but ended up so dissapointed with the small size of everything! It's better than nothing but I'm also very much into Endmyopia and the reduced lense method which states that staring at small texts for long periods of time will worsen the eyesight and thus it's always better to read from an ipad instead of an iphone, or to read larger text on a screen rather than small text such as in this current version of puerto rico on BGA. To update this game would therefore be a huge gain for many people!
